This lesson is designed around a beautiful short film which was inspired by Be Happy: A Little Book to Help You Live a Happy Life by Monica Sheehan. Following Kieran’s lesson instructions students speak and write about happiness, and watch a short video. As homework students write a short composition titled: What I do to live a happy life
